Bramasole Beach House is new to our holiday pool and is designed for easy living and a fuss-free holiday. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this four bedroom, two bathroom home offers air-conditioning in 3 bedrooms and a large spilt-system air-con in the living area to keep you cool year-round. The fire box centrally located off the kitchen will keep everyone cosy and warm during those cooler months.
Three bedrooms offer queen beds, while the fourth offers another two singles. Enjoy the practicality of the breakfast bar with stool seating in the functional and well-equipped kitchen and come summer, the outdoor undercover entertaining area is very inviting and offers outdoor dining and lounging options. With a fully fenced yard, the patch of lawn in the back yard is perfect for kids and pets to play.
Bramasole Beach House is centrally located, with Rufus King Seafood, Bo Beans Coffee and Sealevel 21 Restaurant just a hop, skip and jump from the front door. Only moments away is the beautiful and tranquil Toompany Beach accessed via a bush track just down the road.
Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone. Please note that only the lower single bunk beds are available for guests. All you need to bring are the beach towels.

Our children have grown up here, we have made so many wonderful memories with family, friends and celebrated special occasions.
